Returned items must be in absolutely new and unused condition for a refund to be processed. A fee of 3% of the original invoice total will be charged on all return shipments to cover processing and handling. * Please Note - refunds will be given for the price of the item(s) only. Shipping fees (original and return) are not refundable. Damaged in transit If your shipment is received damaged, notify us immediately (no later than 3 days after receipt). Please be sure to hold on to the damaged shipment, including packaging. Do not send item(s) back without first contacting us for a Return Authorization Number. We will work with you to resolve the situation. Repairs Handmade fibre artwork is sturdy in general, but can also be quite delicate. It should always be treated with great respect and care to maintain the best enjoyment and use of it for years to come. Our work is handled carefully and checked before shipment to ensure its quality when it reaches you. If, however, our work is found to have a manufacturer's defect (within 10 days of the confirmed date that your order was delivered), we will repair it at no cost. You pay only for the shipping (see #2 within Guaranteed Satisfaction above for shipping instructions). Please contact us immediately to inform us of the situation and we will glad to assist you. Normal wear and tear on artwork may eventually cause the need for a repair. Hadarah will repair any pre-made item it has sold for a fee of 25% of the original purchase price, for those items needing attention from normal wear and use. This does not include damage from misuse, abuse, modification, or neglect. Hadarah will, however, attempt to repair its work that has been incidentally damaged (i.e. unintentionally). In either case, please contact us and tell us the details. More severely damaged items will be determined as repairable or not repairable by description. If a more severely damaged item is deemed repairable, you may send it to us and we will estimate the cost of repair upon inspection.
